Terms and Conditions


• Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment clearance, most are despatched in 24 hours, Unless otherwise stated.

 • Payment must be received within 7 days of checkout.

• We will ship outside of the UK, as long as you acknowledge that you are liable for any tax or duties that may be imposed on the item.

• We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law.

• Data that is collected is used to: Process customer orders We may occasionally mail you to advise of forthcoming offers. Should you with to 'opt out' of these mailing please send an email to amanda@champagne-lifestyle.com. All items purchased are used at your own risk and we reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

• These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from a contract.

• We do not store any credit card details should you have paid with PAYPAL. Should you experience any difficulties you need to contact the card processing company directly.

• We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only, postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

• Returns Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference for any item under the value of £28. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money. For items above £28 you are responsible for selecting a suitable postage method to ensure adequate insurance should the item be lost or damaged. We can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged where you have failed to take adequate insurance.

• Returning goods bought as special offers If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 save 10%') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value

• Distance Selling regulations In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund minus original postage costs and you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. You must contact us either by telephone 07834 277540, Electronic Mail amanda@champagne-lifestyle.com to advise us that you intend to return the items. Please remember that the date of receipt of the item counts as day 1.

• Refunding the Delivery Charge If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.

• Statutory Rights Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
