UK BUYERS: Items are sent First Class Royal Mail recorded for delivery.
OVERSEAS BUYERS: Items are sent Royal Mail International Signed for. This insures your parcel should anything happen to your purchase.
Postage will be reduced for multiple wins.
Note :- There is the odd chance that your item may be delayed in the post. As all items are sent the next working day after payment has cleared and sent by recorded mail, I can check on the Royal Mail Website to see where your item is.
If your item does not arrive within 3 working days of dispatch notification, please inform me immediately so I can chase your item up. Unfortunately sometimes items do get delayed in the post.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact me first via email to arrange this. Items must be returned unworn and in identical condition to how they were sent to you in order to qualify for a refund/exchange. Shipping cannot be refunded.
