Oh, how I do love this time of year. I love this weather, the clothes and the food- as I have expressed in my most recent post. The other side of it, I like these being the last three months of the year. Everything is winding down, ready to begin a new year. As I’ve mentioned before in a previous post, September was the month of fresh starts. And with October, I’m continuing with this momentum. October is my ‘get my shit together’ month. November, I’m in birthday-month celebrations. And with December, I get swept up in sparkle and magic that is Christmas. So, if there’s anything I want to get put into place, this is the month to do so.
So without further ado, lets set some goals for this month…
My October goals
01. A little research. Some changes are happening with the blog (how very dramatic of me, but I would like to keep you guys interested). And whilst I’m doing some behind the scenes work, I’m also planning future content. Whilst I’ve got the next three month’s nailed with content, I’m thinking about future content. It’s time I do some customer research, with you guys. I’m not sure in what form but keep an eye out for some form of questions about what you would like to see more of on the blog.
02. Fitness. Last month I joined the gym. A huge thing for me, as I’m not a fitness or workout girl. But I’ve been wanting to work on feeling fit and getting healthy for a while and if I didn’t join now, I never would. Now this month, I just need to keep up. I’m challenging myself to go at least twice a week. Hard, because I’m travelling for work next week so I’m going to have to force myself to do something during this time. Wish me luck with this October goal.
03. Complete the painting. So, I have two paint jobs going on right now. One is… gulp, the living room (I’ll explain more soon) and the other are the stairs and hallway. Both are half completed and I’m avoiding both of them. However, my goal is to reveal to you all two makeover posts, because I can’t put them off anymore. And if I’m honest, it’s these next couple of weeks or neve. Again, wish me luck, I might need it more for this goal than any other.
What are your October goals?
