Do you wanna see it?

When we received our wedding pictures from our photographer, much like the day itself- I wanted something different. I really do not like traditional wedding albums, they’re too cutesie and lovey-dovey.

Thankfully, I was inspired by a fellow blogger. As soon as I saw it, I knew that this would be the wedding album we would adore. When Lily Pebbles got married she created her wedding album with Artifact Uprising, a bespoke custom photo books and gifts service that is not like your usual printing services.

There is a wedding album option but we went with Hardback Cover Book, I felt it would fit better on our bookself rather the longer-width books of a traditional album. You can choose a veriety of photo shapes and sizes, mixing the pages up to get the best layout. I love the combination of full size images and smaller snippets. There are some moments that I didn’t even realise had been captured (such as Lee looking at the camera when we were signing our marriage certificate). The glossy pages help make them stand out from the book.

We went with a simple book colour and title; EST. 2017 sums up this moment, this was when we established our family. There are also two photo cover options, full and a snippet. Since I took ages deciding on the colour of the book, having a snippet of what some of the pictures are seemed like a no-brainer.

The Finished Product

I spent hours making up this book but I am 100% in love with it. It is full of incredible memories of our special day, something to tressure forever. As an album should do. This wedding album is different from anything else out there. I highly recommed Artifact Uprising for their photobook options. You can create the perfect book for you and your partner; something you can reminisce over for years to come.

If you want to see more wedding theme posts (there are a few more to come if your interested), then you can check them out here on the blog. I would love to hear your feedback on these different themed posts. I know they are not the usual cocktails and fashion that you might be used to- but these are my special memories that I just adore sharing with you, my readers.
