#Sangria4life!*


Let me tell you of a new health craze that I have been dying to let you about! 





I was recently approach by the Spanish Tourism Office to try a two week health challenge of drinking sangria regularly. Now I know what you are thinking, really a regular alcoholic drink is really a benefit to your health?

But not being someone who is afraid of a challenge, I gave it a go. And surprisingly it work! I am amazed by the health benefits it gave me! The benefits of sangria all come from this new research by Professor Mark Stirling, a Professor of Food and Nutritional Sciences at the University of South Midlands.

So from the two week challenge what did I get out of it? Well the benefits at not only a boost in the immune system, but also an increase in high levels of vitamin C and antioxidants. Sangria has also been found to increase your energy levels and a significant increase in serotonin levels. 

I cannot stress enough how much I have enjoyed taking this challenge and how happy I am I did. This has truly change my thinking of of sangria, it is no longer a drink to enjoy on a sunny afternoon, it is something to live by.
