The Best Concealor or For Hiding Bruises And Scars?

So I had a bit of an accident last week that left me with a nasty bruise and head injury for the majority of last weekend....

I should start by saving the incident was entirely my own fault. I am perfectly fine, still a little bruised on my face and the concussion has FINALLY gone (word of advice, never watch The Advengers Age of Ultron film when you have concussion- it gets a little confusing and scary with the effect it has on your eyes....) Whilst feeling sorry for myself and panicking as I was in desperate need of a product that was going to hide the bruise the day after my accident; I realise that I just needed to pick myself and embrace this opportunity.

This opportunity lead me to a blog post and the chance to try out new products that I would have never had tried if not.

I took to my Instagran to ask for suggestions on the best concealers for these types of marks. It was my dear friend and fellow blogger Laydey Katabella who advised that I would be best off with Bobbi Brown Corrector. I headed to my local counter (can you believe there is only one Bobbi Brown in Leeds City Centre?!) got matched up and gave it a whirl. The results; well you tell me....

There is literally less than 24 hours between these photos. As you can see the results are pretty good! It wasn't ever going to be 100% gone but the coverage is good for what the mark was previously! The product is meant for tired eyes and give them the wake up call they need. The Corrector neutralises the darkness under the eyes, giving the right coverage and blend that won't crease. Infused with skin conditioners, the product didn't irritate the injury and balanced out the redness of the mark (plus the darkness as it was turning a bit more purplely/ black...) I am definitely going to start to use this product more as part of my everyday makeup routine.

The colour I am using is light bisque; the joys of having very fair skin.

Have you ever tried Bobbi Brown Corrector? What did you think of it?
